Spinal Adjustments
Gentle, targeted adjustments that ease pain, free up stiff joints, and help your spine move the way it should.
I'm Dr. Anna Donovan, a Seattle chiropractor who helps people get out of pain
and back to the things they love.
Book a visit and we'll build a plan around you.
For more than ten years I have treated neighbours across Seattle, from desk workers with stiff necks to weekend runners with sore knees.
I start by listening, then examine, explain what I find in plain language, and map out care that fits your body and your schedule.
Whether the trouble is a sore back, a tight neck, or you simply want to feel more like yourself, you are in good hands here.
Anna Donovan.

Every plan starts with an honest assessment. From long-standing aches to fresh injuries, here is where I can help.
Gentle, targeted adjustments that ease pain, free up stiff joints, and help your spine move the way it should.
Counter long hours at a desk with simple corrections and exercises that retrain how you sit, stand, and carry yourself.
Return to training with rehab and hands-on care built around your sport and your goals.
Comfortable, pregnancy-safe adjustments that ease aches and support your changing body from first trimester to birth.
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes for your first visit, which covers a full assessment and your care plan. Follow-up visits usually run 20 to 30 minutes.
Most major plans are accepted, and our team checks your coverage before treatment starts so there are no surprises. Self-pay packages are available too.
For most people, yes. Adjustments are gentle and adapted to your age, condition and comfort, and I only use techniques that are right for you.
We begin with your health history and a movement and posture check to find the source of the problem. Most patients receive a first adjustment the same day and leave with a clear plan.
It depends on your condition and goals. Painful flare-ups often call for weekly visits at first, then most people move to a check-in every four to six weeks.
