Appointments
Consultations and sessions are scheduled by phone or through our booking links. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another patient. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
Care and eligibility
Chiropractic care is provided following an in-person assessment. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient, and certain techniques may not be suitable for every condition — your chiropractor will explain your options before treatment begins.
Payments and insurance
Fees are due at the time of service unless an insurance plan or payment arrangement applies. We verify coverage as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for any balance your plan does not cover.
